Dwan Tarrance is the proud owner of Artistic Hair Design, she  has worked in the industry for over 35 years, starting as a stylist, transitioning to an instructor and owning the  salon. As the owner, Dwan keeps all of her staff current with the latest industry trends, treatments, information and events/seminars for the designers to attend and grow within the industry. Her passion for beauty has brought much success within the industry. She has opened a few salons in the Dayton, Ohio region along with becoming a cosmetology instructor. Working for the Dayton Public School system for over 25 years, she has had the opportunity to watch the development and growth of many talented stylist. 

With being a professional in the business, she has also networked and mentored many salon owners to their success. She loves being a blessing to others who desire to build ones self-beauty whether it be hair, nails, makeup, brows or lashes.

Dwan has a beautiful charming, friendly personality who reaches out and gives advice from the heart with the desire to see all those around her become a success. Her heart’s desire is to ensure that each guest enjoys their time spent in the Artistic environment and with hope of you leaving the salon wants you feeling great about yourself.
